Job Description
The Head of Business Development will lead the company's efforts to establish commercial partnerships, develop go-to-market strategies, and promote Dioxycle's innovative carbon utilization technologies as the company transitions from prototyping to large-scale industrial deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of commercial partnerships and negotiate agreements with consumer brands
- Conduct customer discovery to understand customer needs and refine go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to create commercial agreements
- Represent Dioxycle at trade shows and industry events to build relationships
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project milestones, sustainability achievements, and strategic insights
Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in business development or a related field.
- Candidates must be based in, or open to relocating to, Paris, France.
- Ability to conduct customer discovery to best understand customer needs and priorities.
- Experience in contributing to the refinement of go-to-market strategy based on internal business intelligence and external customer engagement.
- Experience in spearheading the development of new commercial partnerships and negotiating agreements with key consumer brands.
- Ability to work hand-in-hand with legal counsel and the finance team to build creative commercial agreements.
- Experience participating in trade shows and events to develop key relationships with targeted customers and relevant industry organizations.
- Ability to deliver clear, concise, and timely updates to all stakeholders, emphasizing project milestones, sustainability achievements, and strategic insights.
