Job Description
A Quality Engineer responsible for improving and standardizing the quality of incoming materials and characterization equipment in a cutting-edge diamond manufacturing facility, supporting the company's innovative tech applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Standardize, optimize, and improve the quality of incoming key materials
- Work hands-on with commercial and custom characterization equipment
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to enhance diamond production technology
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Quality Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Have hands-on experience working with commercial and custom characterization equipment used for material and product testing.
- Demonstrate the ability to standardize, optimize, and improve the quality of incoming key materials used in manufacturing processes.
- Possess a technical background relevant to mechanical, electrical, or materials engineering, and be able to interface effectively between R&D and production operations.
- Be self-driven and dedicated to improving and maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within an experienced team of engineers.
- Have the ability to work hands-on with characterization equipment and perform quality assessments on materials and products.
