Job Description
A strategic and results-driven Plant Manager responsible for overseeing the production, safety, quality, and profitability of single-crystal diamond wafer manufacturing operations in Zaragoza, Spain, including team hiring and operational optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee single-crystal diamond singulation operations
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and output
- Ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment
- Manage plant profitability and operational costs
- Hire, train, and manage a team of engineers, technicians, operators, and line managers
- Maintain high quality standards for diamond wafer production
Requirements
- A strategic and results-driven leader capable of leading single-crystal diamond singulation operations in Zaragoza, Spain.
- Experience in optimizing production processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to ensure the safety of the team and maintain a safe working environment.
- Proven ability to guarantee plant profitability.
- Experience in maintaining the highest quality standards in manufacturing operations.
- Experience in hiring and leading a team of engineers, technicians, operators, line managers, and supporting staff to operate a foundry or similar manufacturing facility.
