Job Description
The Night Shift Lead at Diamond Foundry Inc. provides manufacturing support to the operations team during the night shift, overseeing tool loading and unloading, managing shift passdowns, assisting with MES, and communicating priorities to ensure smooth production of diamond wafers for advanced tech industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide manufacturing support to the operations team during night shift
- Communicate shift priorities and provide detailed passdowns verbally and in writing
- Assist with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) operations
- Oversee tool loading and unloading processes
- Manage timecards and PTO for team members
Requirements
- Provide manufacturing support to the Operations Team on night shift by communicating priorities, assisting with Manufacturing Execution System (MES), overseeing tool loading and unloading, managing timecards and Paid Time Off (PTO), and providing detailed verbal and written passdowns between shift changes.
- Experience in overseeing manufacturing tools and equipment, including loading and unloading tools.
- Ability to communicate shift priorities effectively and provide detailed shift passdowns verbally and in writing.
- Ability to assist with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) support.
- Experience managing timecards and PTO for team members.
- Ability to work night shift (B-Shift) consistently.
- Ability to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
