Job Description
A Software Systems Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions for electrical, control, and automation systems in diamond wafer manufacturing, focusing on optimizing equipment performance and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy software solutions for electrical, control, and automation systems in diamond wafer manufacturing
- Optimize control logic for manufacturing equipment
- Collaborate with end users to implement feature requests
- Build algorithms to support data-driven decision-making
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance equipment and software performance
Requirements
- Design, develop, and deploy software solutions for complex electrical, control, and automation systems and high-precision equipment used in diamond wafer manufacturing.
- Optimize control logic for manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with end users on feature requests to improve software functionality.
- Build algorithms to support data-driven decision-making in manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and maintenance to optimize equipment and software performance.
- Based in Zaragoza, Spain, with occasional travel to other worldwide Diamond Foundry locations.
