Job Description
The Lead Technician is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality and accuracy, troubleshooting issues, training team members, and maintaining a positive work environment in the manufacturing of diamond wafers for advanced tech industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and planning of daily work activities
- Ensure accuracy and quality in production processes
- Act as a front-line problem solver for technical issues
- Train and mentor other technicians
- Enforce work standards and attention to detail
- Support team morale and foster a positive work culture
- Work collaboratively to meet critical production timelines
Requirements
- Experience leading the execution and planning of day-to-day work in a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to ensure accuracy and quality in production processes.

- Serve as an immediate resource and trainer for other technicians.
- Encourage attention to detail and enforce work standards among team members.
