• Monitor and maintain IT and infrastructure devices to ensure maximum system uptime.
• Provide comprehensive service desk support and collaborate with users for technology rollouts.
• Execute vulnerability remediation and manage a subset of software security tools.
• Develop and organize technical documentation for system procedures and workflows.
• Assist in sourcing and configuring hardware and software components from vendors.
• Associate’s degree in IT or 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems and networking, with advanced knowledge of ITSM tools and procedures.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration.
• Practical experience with Layer 1 networking and Google Workspace productivity tools.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish; German proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach to troubleshooting.
