We seek an industrial equipment-focused technician who mainly focuses on cleaning parts and sometimes builds, installs, maintains, and troubleshoots plasma reactors.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning plasma reactors and focusing on quality.
Installing, upgrading, and maintaining plasma reactors (CVD tool).
Troubleshooting industrial control/electrical systems including high-voltage power supplies, controllers, sensors, pumps, PLCs, valves, and other devices.
Planning and executing upgrades and retrofits to improve tool reliability and process capabilities.
Working on multidisciplinary teams to solve complicated problems.
Requirements
Basic computer skills such as data entry in spreadsheets, filling out online checklists, and maintaining a safe working environment on and around the production floor.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred: 2-year technical degree, certificate, or military technical background in mechanical, electrical, equipment, systems, or other related fields.
Preferred: Assembly and troubleshooting high vacuum systems, including leak detection
Preferred: Experience troubleshooting a variety of electrical and mechanical systems from three-phase AC power to low-voltage DC board-level signals.
