Job Description
We seek an industrial equipment-focused technician who mainly focuses on cleaning parts and sometimes builds, installs, maintains, and troubleshoots plasma reactors.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning plasma reactors and focusing on quality.
- Installing, upgrading, and maintaining plasma reactors (CVD tool).
- Troubleshooting industrial control/electrical systems including high-voltage power supplies, controllers, sensors, pumps, PLCs, valves, and other devices.
- Planning and executing upgrades and retrofits to improve tool reliability and process capabilities.
- Working on multidisciplinary teams to solve complicated problems.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills such as data entry in spreadsheets, filling out online checklists, and maintaining a safe working environment on and around the production floor.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Preferred: 2-year technical degree, certificate, or military technical background in mechanical, electrical, equipment, systems, or other related fields.
- Preferred: Assembly and troubleshooting high vacuum systems, including leak detection
- Preferred: Experience troubleshooting a variety of electrical and mechanical systems from three-phase AC power to low-voltage DC board-level signals.
