Job Description
An Equipment Engineer responsible for building, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting plasma reactors and other manufacturing equipment to optimize production line productivity at Diamond Foundry's facility in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, install, maintain, and troubleshoot plasma reactors and other critical manufacturing equipment
- Collaborate with process engineers, maintenance technicians, and cross-disciplinary engineers
- Install new equipment in DF Spain
- Improve equipment capabilities to maximize production line productivity
- Troubleshoot equipment and line problems to ensure continuous operation
Requirements
- Experience in building, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting plasma reactors and other critical manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to work with an experienced team of process engineers and maintenance technicians locally.
- Ability to collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers in the US.
- Experience in installing new equipment in a manufacturing environment, specifically in DF Spain.
- Proven ability to achieve maximum productivity for a production line through improving equipment capabilities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve problems on the manufacturing line.
