Job Description
The Director of the Reactor Build Center will oversee the operation and expansion of advanced reactor technology for diamond wafer manufacturing, supporting the company's growth in semiconductor fabrication and innovative tech industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation of the Reactor Build Center in Zaragoza for the semiconductor fab project in Spain.
- Manage the construction, commissioning, and startup of advanced reactor technology for diamond wafer production.
- Coordinate travel to the US and Spain to oversee project execution and ensure alignment with company goals.
Requirements
- Experience in running operations for a reactor build center or similar manufacturing facility, with the ability to oversee complex technical projects.
- Availability to travel to the US (Washington and California) and Trujillo, Spain, for approximately 3 to 6 months.
- Proven leadership skills to manage and coordinate a large-scale manufacturing or engineering operation.
- Ability to develop, implement, and oversee operational strategies for a reactor build center supporting semiconductor fabrication projects.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, reactor technology, or related high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to execute expansion plans and scale manufacturing operations efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with international teams and stakeholders.
