Job Description
A sales professional responsible for advising customers and growing the bridal jewelry business at VRAI, focusing on selling sustainably created diamonds and providing memorable customer experiences in a showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout their purchasing journey for diamond jewelry.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance sales.
- Grow the bridal jewelry business by promoting sustainably created diamonds.
- Create memorable customer experiences for special milestones.
- Contribute to the growth and brand awareness of VRAI.
Requirements
- Must be a trusted advisor in the customer journey and play an integral part in growing the bridal jewelry business at VRAI.
- Must thrive on building strong customer relationships and creating a memorable experience for customers' life milestones.
- Must have a passion for selling diamonds that are created sustainably.
- Must be willing to join a nimble team to help grow the VRAI brand.
- Must be physically present at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, as the role requires physical presence at an onsite location.
- Must be able to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as VRAI participates in E-Verify and will require completion of Form I-9 and verification of work authorization.
