Job Description

The Senior Asset Manager at Cypress Creek Renewables oversees the performance, operations, and financial management of solar and storage assets within the company's fleet, ensuring long-term value creation and operational excellence in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the operations, maintenance, and revenue performance of designated solar storage assets.
Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, regulators, and internal teams to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
Review and approve financial budgets, investor distributions, and transactions to align with company goals.
Monitor and improve fleet KPIs through process and system enhancements.
Coordinate onboarding of new assets with construction and operational teams for seamless integration.
Refine and scale asset management processes to support fleet growth.
Lead initiatives to create value and optimize portfolio performance.

Requirements

Eight (8) years of experience in the solar, renewable energy, or energy industry, ideally in asset management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of energy financing structures and renewable energy operations.
Highly collaborative team player with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
Strong attention to detail, with exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
Proven experience in professional communication with external stakeholders.
Skilled in extracting, summarizing, and analyzing large datasets, including information within contracts.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and a familiarity with financial and accounting systems.
Willingness to travel domestically 10% to 25% of the time.
