Job Description
A Senior Account Manager at Cypress Creek Renewables is responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring strategic alignment within the company's solar and storage operations, while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions
- Achieve revenue targets through account management, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with client needs and company goals
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing agreements to ensure profitability and alignment with company objectives
- Monitor account financial performance and address any issues to meet revenue goals
- Act as the client advocate within the organization, ensuring internal teams meet client expectations and feedback
- Lead onboarding processes for new clients to ensure smooth transition and setup
- Respond to customer RFPs with tailored proposals that meet client requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and account planning strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex client portfolios and navigate challenging situations effectively.
