Job Description

The Senior Account Manager at Cypress Creek Renewables is responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring strategic alignment within the company's solar and storage operations, while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop long-term client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Achieve revenue targets through account management and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within client portfolios.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with client and company goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing agreements to ensure profitability and alignment.
  • Monitor account financial performance and address any financial challenges proactively.
  • Act as the escalation point for client issues and resolve disputes or concerns.
  • Act as the voice of the client within the organization to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product and service improvements.
  • Lead onboarding processes for new clients to ensure seamless transitions to operational teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, renewable energy, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and account planning strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex client portfolios and navigate challenging situations effectively.
