The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance and manages hardware, software, and collaboration tools to ensure smooth technology operations for employees and contractors at Cypress Creek Renewables.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets for employees, contractors, and interns
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Set up, image, and ship PCs for new hires and refresh cycles
Manage PC asset lifecycle, including tracking, returns, and inventory
Install, configure, and support user applications and specialized software
Support deployment and configuration of software through Microsoft Autopilot
Provide technical support for collaboration tools such as Zoom Rooms and meeting room systems
Support printer setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Manage and support mobile devices for field technicians, ensuring security and proper configuration
Requirements
0-1 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, ideal for recent upcoming graduates or early career professionals
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
Experience with hardware setup, device management tools such as Microsoft Intune Autopilot, and asset tracking systems
Familiarity with video conferencing tools such as Zoom and printer management
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
