A Senior Technical Project Manager will lead and coordinate complex engineering projects related to the design, construction, and execution of fusion energy systems, ensuring comprehensive planning and team delivery within the company's innovative fusion power development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and establish comprehensive plans for the engineering, design, and construction of complex process systems.
Drive the execution of engineering projects within the SPARC fusion machine to meet project requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Requirements
Experience in driving complex engineering projects within a Program Management Office (PMO).
Ability to establish a comprehensive plan around the engineering, design, and construction of complex highly engineered process systems.
Proven track record of ensuring team execution to meet project requirements and plans.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate engineering, design, and construction activities for complex systems.
Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (Export Control Laws).
