Job Description

A Senior Technical Project Manager will lead and coordinate complex engineering projects related to the design and construction of fusion energy systems, ensuring plans are executed effectively within the Program Management Office at Commonwealth Fusion Systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive complex engineering projects within the SPARC fusion machine.
  • Develop comprehensive plans for engineering, design, and construction of process systems.
  • Ensure team execution aligns with established project plans and requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in driving complex engineering projects within a program management office (PMO).
  • Ability to establish a comprehensive plan around the engineering, design, and construction of complex highly engineered process systems.
  • Proven track record of ensuring team execution to meet project requirements and plans.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage engineering, design, and construction activities for complex process systems.
  • Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (Export Control Laws) is required, and any employment offer will be contingent upon such compliance.
