The Senior Supply Chain Engineer partners with various business units to develop critical suppliers, improve performance, expand capacity, and ensure quality and consistency of products for fusion energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Design Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Procurement to develop critical suppliers
Coach suppliers to achieve performance targets
Support suppliers in expanding capacity
Ensure suppliers meet quality requirements
Maintain consistent product delivery from suppliers
Requirements
Partner with different business units, such as Design Engineering, R D, Quality, and Procurement, to coach and develop critical suppliers in achieving performance targets, expanding capacity, hitting certain quality requirements, and providing consistent product.
Possess relevant experience in supply chain engineering, supplier development, or related fields (specific years not provided but implied as a senior role).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic project needs.
