The Senior R D Technical Project Manager oversees multiple technical projects related to fusion device subsystems and superconducting magnet systems, supporting the development of fusion power technologies at Commonwealth Fusion Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee one or more technical research and development projects within the CFS R&D division.
Manage projects related to subsystems of fusion devices and superconducting magnet systems, including SPARC, ARC, and application magnets.
Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and successful completion of technical objectives.
Requirements
Experience in overseeing one or more technical projects within a research and development (R D) division, specifically related to fusion devices and superconducting magnet systems.
Experience managing projects targeted towards SPARC, ARC, and application magnets.
Ability to coordinate and oversee projects spanning all subsystems that make up fusion devices and superconducting magnet systems.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments driven by values of integrity, execution, impact, and self-critique.
Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information, including export control laws, is required.
