Key Responsibilities
Design and implement advanced R&D equipment and complex machinery
Collaborate across engineering and technology functions to ensure equipment safety, reliability, and high performance
Solve complex design problems related to thin-film deposition technology
Mentor and guide other team members in engineering tasks
Requirements
Experience in the design and implementation of advanced R D equipment and complex machinery.
Strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering relevant to equipment design and development.
Procedural discipline in engineering processes and documentation.
Ability to collaborate across engineering and technology functions to ensure safe, reliable, and high-performance equipment.
Experience working on complex design problems related to machinery or equipment.
Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers or team members.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
