Job Description
A Production Technician responsible for performing and monitoring manufacturing processes to build and test superconducting magnets, ensuring equipment functionality and collaborating with various departments in a fast-paced environment focused on clean energy development.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and monitor manufacturing processes for superconducting magnets
- Ensure functional operation and perform preventative maintenance of equipment
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality departments to meet goals
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
- Ability to perform and monitor manufacturing processes required to build and test superconducting magnets.
- Experience ensuring functional operation and preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Ability to work the hours of 6:00 pm to 6:00 am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights.
- Must be able to work onsite at Commonwealth Fusion Systems facilities.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation rate of $30 - $41 per hour with a $30 differential
Work schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights or Saturday, Sunday, Monday nights from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
