A Principal Technical Project Manager will lead the development and delivery of complex, first-of-a-kind high-temperature superconducting magnet systems for fusion energy, overseeing projects from concept to production ramp-up within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the development and delivery of next-generation High-Temperature Superconducting (HTS) magnet systems.
Manage complex first-of-a-kind (FOAK) projects from concept through first articles and production ramp-up.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and technical objectives are met.
Requirements
Proven experience delivering first of a kind (FOAK) complex projects from concept to first articles and production ramp-up.
Experience in driving next-generation High-Temperature Superconducting (HTS) magnet systems projects.
Ability to manage and coordinate technical projects within a Project Management Office (PMO).
Experience working in fast-paced environments and demonstrating values of integrity, execution, impact, and self-critique.
Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (Export Control Laws).
