Requirements
Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
Have at least 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on the design, integration, and implementation of advanced thermal vacuum deposition systems and complex R&D machinery.
Demonstrate expertise in solving complex thermal-mechanical problems in vacuum environments.
Be a technical expert capable of driving innovative architecture for high-performance hardware while maintaining procedural discipline.
Experience in end-to-end design, integration, and implementation of thermal vacuum deposition systems and complex R&D machinery.
Ability to mentor others in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
