Job Description
The role involves performing ultrasonic nondestructive testing (NDT) inspections on weldments and other components to support manufacturing and research activities for a fusion energy project.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily ultrasonic inspections on weldments and other components
- Conduct testing activities to support manufacturing operations and research & development
- Ensure compliance with relevant export control laws and regulations
Requirements
- Experience as an Ultrasonic NDT Inspector conducting inspection and test activities, specifically performing daily inspections on weldments and other ultrasonic applications.
- Ability to support manufacturing operations and research and development (R&D) activities through ultrasonic testing.
- Proficiency in performing ultrasonic inspections using Ultrasonic Testing (UT) techniques.
- Compliance with U.S. export control laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information, with any employment offer contingent upon such compliance.
