Job Description
A contract position for an Ultrasonic NDT Inspector responsible for performing inspections and testing of weldments and ultrasonic applications to support manufacturing and research activities in a fusion energy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily ultrasonic inspections on weldments and other applications
- Conduct testing activities to support manufacturing operations and research and development
Requirements
- Experience as an Ultrasonic NDT Inspector conducting inspection and test activities, specifically performing daily inspections on weldments and other ultrasonic applications.
- Ability to support manufacturing operations and research and development (R&D) activities through ultrasonic testing.
- Proficiency in performing ultrasonic testing using Ultrasonic Testing (UT) methods, including ultrasonic inspection of weldments.
- Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information, specifically Export Control Laws.
- Availability to work onsite at the designated location (implied by 'LI-Onsite').
