Key Responsibilities
Develop and qualify mechanical inspection techniques for highly engineered hardware.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, design, and R&D to ensure design requirements are met.
Identify solutions to challenging metrology needs quickly and effectively.
Establish and maintain robust processes and systems related to metrology.
Requirements
Develop and qualify mechanical inspection techniques for highly engineered hardware for the SPARC project.
Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team including supply chain, manufacturing, design, and R&D to ensure all design requirements are met.
Excel in cross-functional communication and be operationally adept at quickly identifying solutions to challenging metrology needs.
Have a strong technical background in metrology, mechanical inspection, or related engineering fields.
Proactively work across departments to establish and maintain robust processes and systems related to metrology and inspection.
Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (Export Control Laws) is required, and employment is contingent upon such compliance.
