The Manufacturing Specialist supports process and efficiency improvements in production, collaborates with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance, and provides first-tier engineering support to help shorten the production timeline for fusion energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support implementation of production process improvements and manufacturing efficiency initiatives
Collaborate with manufacturing and equipment engineering teams to identify and track equipment and process performance
Implement activities to reduce equipment downtime and enhance quality rates
Provide first-tier engineering support for production operations
Assist in shortening the production timeline to SPARC
Requirements
Support implementation of production process improvements and manufacturing efficiency improvements.
Work collaboratively with the manufacturing and equipment engineering teams to identify, implement, and track the performance of equipment and process improvement activities.
Reduce equipment downtime and improve quality rates through equipment and process improvements.
Provide first-tier engineering support for production activities.
Possess the ability to help the production team shorten the timeline to SPARC.
Availability to work during the third shift hours of 10:00 pm to 6:30 am.
Compliance with U.S. export control laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information, with employment contingent on such compliance.

Compensation: $30 - $43 per hour with a 15% differential
