Experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related fields with a proven track record of managing indirect procurement processes.
Ability to develop and execute procurement strategies for indirect categories within a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of supplier relationship management and contract negotiations.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Excellent skills in supplier and contract management, including sourcing, negotiations, and compliance.
Ability to ensure procurement activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including U.S. Export Control Laws.
Educational background or equivalent experience relevant to supply chain, procurement, or related disciplines.
