Job Description
A Mechanical Engineering Intern at Commonwealth Fusion Systems will participate in meaningful and challenging roles supporting the development of fusion energy technology, working in a fast-paced environment to solve complex engineering problems and contribute to the company's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, analysis, and testing of mechanical components and systems.
- Support the development and documentation of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members on engineering projects related to fusion energy technology.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or pursuing a Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to work onsite at Commonwealth Fusion Systems facilities (indicated by LI-Onsite).
- Compliance with U.S. export control laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information, with any employment offer contingent upon such compliance.
