Job Description
An Executive Assistant supporting multiple C-Suite executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, responsible for providing organization, coordination, and proactive support to ensure the executive team remains focused and well-informed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple C-Suite executives with scheduling, correspondence, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the executive team and other EAs
- Anticipate needs and proactively address logistical and organizational requirements
- Maintain organization and calm in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ensure the executive team stays informed and focused on priorities
Requirements
- Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple C-Suite executives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to bring structure, organization, and calm to a chaotic or start-up environment.
- Demonstrated reliability, good judgment, and professionalism in supporting executive-level staff.
- Ability to anticipate needs before they are spoken and stay two steps ahead of executives.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to ensure the executive team is well-coordinated and informed.
- Ability to work collaboratively alongside other Executive Assistants to support the executive team.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment (as indicated by LI-Hybrid).
- Compliance with U.S. laws concerning the export of controlled or protected technologies or information (Export Control Laws).
