This position involves providing reception and administrative support in a fast-paced office environment, including greeting visitors, managing calls and mail, supporting meetings and events, and maintaining office facilities and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in internal and external guests
Respond to and route incoming calls
Maintain records of visitor and contractor access badges
Process and log incoming mail and packages
Ensure the office and conference rooms are clean and organized
Troubleshoot office equipment issues
Assist with mailing, filing, and copying tasks
Support internal meeting setup
Assist with planning corporate events and volunteer initiatives
Maintain and update office reference resources
Support kitchen inventory and cleanliness
Stock and maintain copy and meeting rooms
Serve as backup to administrative team members
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office setting.
Experience in Microsoft Office software Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to understand and follow directions.
Verbal and written communication skills consistent with a professional office environment, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Ability to lift 50-pound boxes to a height of 3-4 feet.
Normal office environment with frequent use of a computer or telephone in a seated position.
