Job Description
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of the physical facility at the Jackson site, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring operational efficiency, with a requirement for electrical skills and potential travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operation and maintenance of the Jackson facility
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians
- Ensure 24/7 operational efficiency of the facility
- Perform skilled electrical work related to facility operations
- Operate company vehicles and travel between job sites as needed
Requirements
- Managing the operation and maintenance of the physical facility at the Jackson site.
- Managing a team of technicians.
- Operating 24-7, requiring the ability to work flexible hours around the clock schedule.
- Possessing a high level of skill as an electrician.
- Being insurable under CleanSpark’s vehicle insurance policy, as the role may involve operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites.
