The Human Capital Coordinator supports employee lifecycle activities, including employee relations, performance management, and offboarding, while managing HR systems and processes to ensure data accuracy and efficient workflow within a global consulting firm.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day employee administrative transactions such as promotions and contract updates
Process changes in working hours and employee departures
Ensure employee documentation is properly recorded and maintained
Respond to employee queries and manage inquiries in the Employee Relations inbox
Coordinate departure logistics and facilitate smooth offboarding
Administer and maintain Human Capital systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Update HRIS records and prepare data for audits and compliance
Oversee service and recognition platforms
Maintain process documentation and identify workflow improvements
Process invoices related to the Talent team
Support performance management activities, including scheduling and attending review meetings
Provide logistical support for HR activities, training sessions, and recruiting events
Support special projects such as employee engagement surveys and system automation initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic performance
Up to 3 years of related work experience in a complex, fast-paced, and high-volume business professional services environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Experience with employee management systems, with Workday preferred
Experience with other HR technologies such as LinkedIn Learning and Enboarder preferred

Effective written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated high level of initiative, ownership, and leadership
Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities

Flexibility to work across North American and European time zones, with potential evening and weekend work, and occasional overnight international travel
