Job Description
The Contracts Administrator at CRA is responsible for managing contract intake, tracking, and compliance processes to ensure smooth and organized handling of legal agreements, supporting the legal team with documentation and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, track, and manage incoming agreements, amendments, and legal documents
- Maintain a centralized repository and tracking system for all contracts
- Ensure timely routing, review, and execution of agreements
- Implement and monitor logging protocols for contract approvals, amendments, and compliance
- Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and compliance obligations
- Identify opportunities to streamline contract workflows and improve visibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, criminal justice, history, English, or other appropriate field.
- Up to 5 years of proven experience managing client agreements, contract amendments, and legal documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated discretion and reliability in handling sensitive information.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and compliance protocols.
