Key Responsibilities
Work closely with senior colleagues to deliver consulting projects that address specific client needs;
Gain exposure to working across multiple disease states and treatment landscapes;
Apply scientific and disease state knowledge to translate complex science into clear, actionable insights;
Conduct primary and secondary research to identify, collect, manage and analyze data to identify trends and strategic implications;
Critically evaluate and synthesize insights from literature reviews, secondary research, HCP interviews and advisory boards to inform strategic recommendations;
Assume responsibility for generating sections of client reports, presentations and other client deliverables (e.g. excel Workbooks and strategic plans) whilst under supervision;
Support client facing interactions, including meetings, presentations, and workshops;
Proactively develop your knowledge of the life sciences industry as well as consulting methodologies;
Work on multiple projects at the same time.
Requirements
PhD in a life sciences related discipline;
Up to 3 years of relevant consulting or Medical Affairs experience preferred;
Strong understanding of clinical trial design and statistics;
Knowledge of different disease states and treatment landscapes;
Knowledge of the role of Medical Affairs in launching a therapy;
A strong analytic focus; Experience with business analytics or computational data analytics (“big data” or AI) is a plus;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Eye for detail and self-motivated to deliver high quality work on time;
Some knowledge of fundamental consulting methodologies tools and techniques;
