The Consulting Associate at CRA supports eDiscovery processes by analyzing large data sets, managing databases, and assisting with litigation-related evidence analysis, while collaborating with senior team members to deliver data-driven insights and ensure quality control in a forensic services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior consultants and clients with database administration, data processing, review management, and user experience tasks
Conduct analysis of relevant data to assist in litigation and expert support
Analyze large data sets using database skills
Investigate and analyze evidence for litigation purposes
Ensure quality and reliability of analysis through quality control reviews
Utilize eDiscovery technology to process, organize, analyze, and deliver data-driven insights
Requirements
3-5 years of related professional experience in eDiscovery, data analysis, or forensic services.
Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and eDiscovery processes.
Experience using Relativity as an advanced user and database administrator, including loading data into Relativity and performing basic administrative functions.
Experience with executing and running quality control of document productions.
Experience processing electronic data in industry-standard tools such as Nuix or Relativity, with a strong preference for Nuix.
Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access.
Knowledge of search term analysis and search term reporting.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Rigorous organizational skills and attention to detail in all facets of work.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet timely deadlines.
Ability to travel as needed, with minimal travel expected.
