Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- As part of the Product Management organization, we develop the platform that drives the next generation of enterprise intelligence and process improvement. Our platform enables practitioners to better understand the complex processes that define their enterprise and the tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
- We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused leader to define and evolve the Data Core capabilities of the Celonis platform. This includes the data ingestion, storage, processing, and modeling infrastructure that powers Celonis' process mining and intelligence products at scale. Success requires a deep understanding of enterprise data needs, modern data architecture, and the ability to collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders to deliver high-impact, scalable data solutions.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of modern data architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouse patterns, streaming data, and ETL/ELT pipelines
- Experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms at a SaaS or cloud-native company
- Strong track record of recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing product management teams
- Ability to translate complex technical data concepts into clear product strategy and customer value
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and sales teams across time zones
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data, combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving clarity in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment

- The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule. Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
