Job Description
This role leads Strategy and Operations for the sales teams at Celonis, focusing on defining and executing go-to-market strategies, optimizing business processes, and building high-performance teams to support global SaaS sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including roles, handoffs, accountabilities, and ratios.
- Establish key metrics, KPIs, and processes to unify sales functions and improve team collaboration.
- Support programs that help sales teams generate pipeline, close deals, and deliver value to customers.
- Oversee daily business operations such as performance management, compensation, planning, and forecasting across sales stages and ecosystems.
- Engage with sales leadership and regional teams to gather feedback and enhance GTM productivity and business health.
- Build and scale a high-performance, emotionally aware operations team.
Requirements
- Proven ability to be a critical and thoughtful business partner, acting as both a challenger and supporter, and driving business outcomes.
- Proven ability to develop, coach, and inspire a highly motivated team of Operations professionals.
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS selling, including market positioning.
- Knowledge of working with partners and establishing ecosystem-awareness and engagement in a sales team.
- Ability to operate in a global environment, with consideration for balancing global standardization with localization for impact.
