Job Description
The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve business transformation and value realization through the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform by identifying use cases, building business cases, facilitating workshops, and managing the end-to-end customer value journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects
- Build business cases and demos leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices
- Conduct value assessments and facilitate business value workshops
- Identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement using Celonis platform
- Derive improvement measures and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives
- Manage the end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis as a core business transformation platform
- Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the platform and applications
Requirements
- Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and respective Software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or in an Inhouse role such as a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP, with experience in implementing RPA and/or BI Tools, and/or building Dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects at different stages of the value journey, and leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
- Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally, with excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain domain, as well as strategic transformation initiatives such as Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation.
- Degree in Technology Management, Industrial Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable degree program.
