Job Description
The role involves supporting customers in leveraging Celonis' Process Intelligence platform to identify business challenges, demonstrate value through data analysis and process improvements, and drive adoption and expansion of the solution across organizations. It combines technical, consulting, and stakeholder management skills to enable digital transformation and continuous value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and develop solutions using Celonis technology
- Build demos and business cases to demonstrate value and support customer acquisition
- Conduct value assessments and communicate strategic roadmaps to senior executives
- Facilitate workshops to identify process improvement opportunities and initiate change initiatives
- Develop strategic expansion plans to drive adoption and growth of Celonis solutions within customer organizations
Requirements
- Four or more years of experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and respective software deployment, ideally in a customer-facing role such as Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT Management Consulting with a Business Software SaaS Provider or a Consultancy, or in an Inhouse role such as a Center of Excellence for Data Mining Analytics Intelligence within an Enterprise.
- Good knowledge of Business Software SaaS applications such as SAP, with experience in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and in building dashboards, applications, and action flows.
- Experience with SQL and Python is preferred.
- Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
- Experience in identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users and process owners to realize value.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines, managing multiple projects at different stages of the value journey, and leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
- Experience in preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Italian and English.
