Job Description
A Technical Program Manager at Celonis is responsible for leading and coordinating large-scale security programs across product and enterprise security teams, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and delivery of security initiatives within a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional security programs in Product and Enterprise Security
- Coordinate and break down programs into workstreams, managing dependencies and risks
- Collaborate with teams to define, plan, and execute security initiatives
- Communicate complex technical and business concepts to leadership and stakeholders
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans using tools like Jira, GSuite, and Excel
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation within teams
- Present and advocate security strategies and progress to senior management
Requirements
- Experience in Technical Program Management in SaaS software companies with 4 years of experience.
- Expertise with running the entire lifecycle of a program, from planning to execution, and accurately communicating program status, issues, dependencies, and risks to program stakeholders beyond Product Enterprise Security.
- Highly proficient in Jira, with expertise in managing workflows, tracking issues, and optimizing team efficiency.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams.
- Familiarity with information security domains and/or knowledge of security fundamentals.
- Skilled in Google Suite, effectively managing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to lead and independently own strategic programs across different domains and Product Enterprise Security teams.
