Job Description
A Technical Program Manager at Celonis's Product and Enterprise Security team is responsible for leading and coordinating large-scale security programs, collaborating across teams to ensure successful delivery of security initiatives, and effectively communicating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional security programs in Product and Enterprise Security
- Break down programs into workstreams and coordinate across teams to deliver objectives
- Define and drive the execution of multiple work tracks, managing dependencies and risks
- Act as a communication bridge to simplify complexity and keep initiatives on track
- Present and advocate complex technical and business concepts to leadership
- Foster effective teamwork, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups
- Create comprehensive project plans using tools like Jira, GSuite, and Excel
- Manage project timelines, milestones, tasks, and risks to ensure successful delivery
- Communicate program status, issues, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders
- Lead and own strategic programs independently across different domains and teams
Requirements
- Experience in Technical Program Management in SaaS software companies with 4 years of experience.
- Expertise with running the entire lifecycle of a program, from planning to execution, accurately communicating program status, issues, dependencies, and risks to program stakeholders beyond Product Enterprise Security.
- Highly proficient in Jira, including managing workflows, tracking issues, and optimizing team efficiency.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams.
- Familiarity with information security domains and or knowledge of security fundamentals.
- Skilled in Google Suite, effectively managing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to lead and independently own strategic programs across different domains and Product Enterprise Security teams.
