Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Coordinator Working Student at Celonis is responsible for supporting global hiring processes by scheduling interviews, managing applicant data, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, while working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate efficient recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate global interviews with stakeholders
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Manage administrative tasks within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including opening new job requisitions
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of recruiting data and maintain process compliance
  • Support strategic global hiring goals as a key member of the People Operations team

Requirements

  • The candidate must be a working student or recent graduate willing to work full-time 40 hours per week.
  • The candidate must have excellent organizational skills, including the ability to structure tasks, juggle multiple priorities, and pay attention to detail.
  • The candidate must have strong communication skills, being professional, proactive, and clear when talking to candidates and internal teams.
  • The candidate must have a genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and creating an excellent experience for new hires.
  • The candidate must be able to effectively schedule complex global interviews and coordinate with all stakeholders, including Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
  • The candidate must be capable of managing administrative tasks within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including opening new job requisitions.
  • The candidate must ensure absolute accuracy and data integrity of recruiting data, maintaining process adherence and compliance across all steps.
  • The candidate must be able to contribute as an essential, high-impact member of the People Operations team, supporting strategic global hiring goals.
