Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Coordinator Working Student role responsible for managing interview logistics, candidate experience, and administrative tasks within the global hiring process to support Celonis's recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate global interviews with stakeholders such as Recruiters and Hiring Managers
  • Serve as the main point of contact to enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Manage administrative tasks within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including opening new job requisitions
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruiting data and maintain process compliance
  • Support the People Operations team in achieving strategic global hiring goals

Requirements

  • The candidate must be a working student or recent graduate willing to work a full-time 40-hour week position.
  • The candidate must be able to effectively schedule complex global interviews and coordinate with all stakeholders, including Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
  • The candidate must serve as the main point of contact and own the end-to-end candidate journey, providing a professional and proactive experience.
  • The candidate must be capable of managing administrative tasks within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including opening new job requisitions and maintaining absolute data accuracy.
  • The candidate must ensure data integrity by maintaining absolute accuracy of recruiting data, ensuring process adherence and compliance across all steps.
  • The candidate must contribute as an essential, high-impact member of the People Operations team, supporting strategic global hiring goals.
  • The candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities and attention to detail.
  • The candidate must have strong communication skills, being professional, proactive, and clear when interacting with candidates and internal teams.
  • The candidate must have a genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and creating an excellent experience for new hires.
  • The candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a collaborative, international team culture.
