Job Description
The Systems Architect for the Finance Team at Celonis is responsible for designing, integrating, and maintaining enterprise planning and compensation systems to support financial planning and performance. This role requires expertise in platforms like Varicent and Anaplan, focusing on system architecture, implementation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- •Lead the architecture, design, and configuration of enterprise financial planning and compensation systems.
- •Drive implementation of new modules or features and ensure integration with existing systems.
- •Act as the subject matter expert for Varicent and/or Anaplan, optimizing these platforms.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure effective system usage.
- •Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, and processes.
- •Regularly update leadership and stakeholders on project progress and system updates.
- •Develop, implement, and oversee end-to-end testing and validation processes.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- •5 years of experience in systems architecture, implementation, or administration in a finance or SaaS environment.
- •Experience with Varicent and/or Anaplan.
- •Proficiency in data integration techniques, APIs, and ETL tools.
- •Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with CRM and HRIS systems.
- •Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- •Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, and processes.
- •Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and regulatory requirements.
