Job Description
An internship position at Celonis focused on supporting the sustainability team through research, analysis, engagement, and reporting to drive environmental initiatives and compliance within a fast-growing SaaS company.
Key Responsibilities
- Research ESG trends, innovations, and regulatory developments
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Assist in executing sustainability initiatives and communication campaigns
- Create internal and external content to highlight sustainability impact
- Support the development of the Sustainability Report 2025
- Collaborate with departments to ensure regulatory compliance
- Drive progress toward science-based climate targets through actionable measures
Requirements
- Currently studying Sustainability Management, Business Administration, or a related program
- A solid understanding of business sustainability, climate action, employee engagement, regulatory frameworks, and the aspiration to become a domain expert someday
- A foundational understanding of Process Mining and ideas on how it can solve sustainability challenges
- Eagerness to explore AI-driven automation to streamline daily tasks
- Effective communication skills with fluency in English and the ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
- An entrepreneurial, critical-thinking mindset, with intellectual curiosity, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in an international, hyper-growth company, including remote collaboration
- Full-time availability from June 1st to August 7th, 2026
