Job Description
An internship role focused on supporting Celonis's sustainability initiatives by conducting research, analyzing ESG trends, assisting with product development and sales enablement, and contributing to decarbonizing supply chains and regulatory compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor ESG trends and conduct market research to inform sustainability strategies
- Support decarbonizing supply chains and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Prepare enablement materials and assist in meetings with external stakeholders
- Develop sales assets and facilitate internal enablement for sustainability products
- Track and report on the progress of customer app implementations
Requirements
- Studying in the field of sustainable business management or business administration or in a comparable program with a focus on sustainability, environmental sciences, or technologies.
- A good understanding of business sustainability challenges such as climate change, CO2 measurement, SDG, regulatory frameworks, and available solutions, with the aspiration to become a domain expert one day, proven through work experience or private endeavors.
- Have a first understanding of process mining and initial ideas about how process mining could be applied to help companies overcome sustainability challenges.
- Ability to develop and maintain value-driven, productive relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Passionate about helping customers solve business and sustainability challenges.
- Intellectually curious, with a willingness to learn and continuously seek self-improvement.
- Effective communication skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English; other languages are a bonus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinking and analytical mindset with a preference to solve problems pragmatically and with high quality.
- Ability to collaborate, partner, and work effectively and smoothly in a hyper-growth company within an international team, including remote collaboration.
- Full-time availability from June 1st to August 7th, 2026.
- Located in Madrid.
