Job Description
This role involves managing and expanding relationships with large retail and consumer CPG enterprises in Germany and Austria through consultative sales, driving complex sales cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing retail and consumer CPG enterprise customers.
- Drive renewals and identify opportunities for upselling within strategic accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand customer needs and lead end-to-end sales cycles.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to promote the Celonis platform.
- Achieve revenue targets by closing six- to seven-figure deals within assigned accounts.
- Coordinate virtual teams across business development, marketing, partner management, sales engineering, and customer success to facilitate complex sales.
Requirements
- 8 - 12 years of total relevant work experience
- Background in Management Business Process Consulting
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level (CFO, CPO, COO, etc.)
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of key processes and KPIs throughout the entire enterprise value chain in Food Retail, particularly within the domains of Finance and Supply Chain
- Solid understanding of the Retail and/or Consumer industry key players, trends, and challenges
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
- Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity, and to have strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team
