Job Description

This role involves managing and expanding relationships with key automotive and manufacturing clients by providing process intelligence solutions, driving complex sales cycles, and engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer accounts within the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors to drive expansion and revenue growth.
  • Create and cultivate relationships with senior business stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and promote Celonis solutions.
  • Represent the full suite of Celonis solutions, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain use cases, to address customer industry-specific challenges.
  • Drive complex sales cycles by orchestrating virtual cross-functional teams including business development, marketing, sales engineering, and partners.
  • Achieve individual revenue targets by closing six to seven-figure deals within assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 10 years of total relevant work experience, including 5 years in Management Business Process Consulting, ideally with complementary experience in SaaS Sales, In-house Consulting, or similar areas.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level (CFO, CPO, COO, etc.).
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of key processes and KPIs throughout the entire enterprise value chain in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry, particularly within the domains of Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Solid understanding of the Automotive and/or Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
  • Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team.
