The Cloud & AI Partnerships team is central to Celonis’ growth strategy as we aim to build out our Go-To-Market (GTM) with the major Hyperscalers and leading AI companies.
Key Responsibilities
Define the Joint Business Plan, articulating a clear "better together" value proposition, that aligns Celonis’ revenue goals with Databricks’ consumption targets.
Define GTM strategy to achieve joint goals, including the build out of joint sales motions and programmes with Celonis- and partner-teams.
Direct the creation of sales assets and enablement programs. Ensure that regional teams are equipped with the right battle cards, pitch decks, and use cases to independently identify and drive joint opportunities.
Drive Regional Execution: Work with regional Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to execute the strategy locally.
Own and orchestrate the relationships with Senior Leadership at both Celonis and Databricks.
Personally support strategic customer pursuits in collaboration with the Celonis field teams.
Requirements
You have a sales mindset and you are Team-oriented & Entrepreneurial.
Combine the ability to develop a holistic strategy and work on operational day to day tasks to execute that strategy and grow our partnerships.
Being able to translate and articulate a joint product value proposition to business stakeholders.
5-10 years of relevant work experience in the area of partner management, sales or business development, ideally with Microsoft, AWS or Google Cloud.
The ability to excite others and build strong relationships.
Studies in Business Administration / Economics / Information Systems is a preference
Strong communication skills, verbally & written in English (Native level).

The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule. Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
