Job Description
The role involves managing and developing the company's global IT infrastructure, including cloud and on-premises systems, automation, and large-scale IT projects, with a focus on Azure, Google Workspace, and security compliance, to support business operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop the global IT infrastructure, including cloud and on-premises systems
- Lead and execute large-scale IT projects from inception to deployment
- Administer and manage Azure, Entra ID, Google Workspace, and other collaboration tools
- Automate IT processes and develop infrastructure systems
- Manage security, compliance, and regulatory standards for IT systems
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with the infrastructure and system engineering teams on projects and system development
Requirements
- 12 years experience in administering and maintaining a SaaS, cloud, on-prem and clients environment comprising of Azure including, but not limited to, Entra ID, Identity Governance, Defender Client management experience based on Kandji, Microsoft Intune APIs, Advanced Powershell scripting Windows 11, Windows Server 2019 2022, Linux, Mac OS, iOS
- Very strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 including Teams, Google Workspace, and Cloud Platform
- Very structured troubleshooting and escalation to vendors
- Experience in global infrastructure management including on-prem and Cloud providers
- Experience in co-developing IT infrastructure systems from scratch
- Experience in automation of processes in highlighted areas
- Strong IT project management skills including evaluation of new technologies and presentation to Senior Management
- Experience in leading and executing large IT scale projects in a well-structured way
- Experience in administration and use of GitHub repositories
- Knowledge of TCP IP networks including DNS, DHCP, routing, SSL
- Ability to ensure all systems adhere to corporate security policies and regulatory compliance standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2
- Holding advanced certifications in relevant IT fields
