Job Description
The role involves managing and developing the company's global IT infrastructure, including cloud and on-premises systems, automation, and large-scale IT projects, with a focus on security, efficiency, and collaboration tools. The position requires technical leadership and hands-on expertise to support and enhance internal IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop the global IT infrastructure
- Lead and execute large-scale IT projects from inception to deployment
- Administer and manage infrastructure, automation, and related IT systems
- Collaborate with the infrastructure and system engineering team on projects
- Manage Azure, Entra ID, and cloud-based systems and processes
- Proactively identify and create maintenance tasks for IT infrastructure
- Manage Google Workspace platform, including directory services and scripting
- Oversee collaboration tools such as Slack, O365, Google Workspace, and Teams
- Ensure systems adhere to security policies and regulatory standards
- Automate IT processes and co-develop infrastructure systems from scratch
Requirements
- 12 years experience in administering and maintaining a SaaS, cloud, on-prem and clients environment comprising of Azure including, but not limited to, Entra ID, Identity Governance, Defender Client management experience based on Kandji, Microsoft Intune APIs, Advanced Powershell scripting Windows 11, Windows Server 2019 2022, Linux, Mac OS, iOS
- Very strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 including Teams, Google Workspace, and Cloud Platform
- Very structured troubleshooting and escalation to vendors
- Experience in global infrastructure management including on-prem and Cloud providers
- Experience in co-developing IT infrastructure systems from scratch
- Experience in automation of processes in highlighted areas
- Strong IT project management skills including evaluation of new technologies and presentation to Senior Management
- Experience in leading and executing large IT scale projects in a well-structured way
- Experience in administration and use of GitHub repositories
- Knowledge of TCP IP networks including, but not limited to, DNS, DHCP, routing, SSL
- Ability to ensure all systems adhere to corporate security policies and regulatory compliance standards e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2
- Holding advanced certifications in relevant IT fields
